Strengthening Ties: IUS and SBU Expand Collaboration in Medicine and Dental Medicine

The Vice-Rector for General Affairs of the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), Associate Professor Muhammed Yasir Göz, together with the Double Diploma Coordinator between IUS and SBU, Asst. Prof. Dr. Betül Akçeşme and Dr. Faruk Berat Akçeşme, Attaché for Education at the Turkish Embassy in BiH, visited the Multidisciplinary Research Laboratory, Simulation Laboratory, and Professional Skills Application Laboratory at the University of Health Sciences (SBU) in Türkiye.

The visit took place within the framework of ongoing academic cooperation with the Hamidiye Faculty of Medicine and aimed to further strengthen the partnership between IUS and SBU. Discussions focused on advancing joint projects and enhancing collaboration within the Double Diploma Medicine and Dental Medicine programs offered in Sarajevo.

This visit reaffirmed the commitment of both institutions to fostering international cooperation, academic excellence, and innovation in medical education and research.
